Are your beads safe?
Yes! We use only high-quality acrylic beads. We even sent our beads to a certified lab to ensure that the lead and phthalate content is safe handling by children. We passed the guidelines provided by Canadian and American consumer product standards. Please remember that our necklaces are not meant for teething and never leave one with your infant unsupervised.

How does the safety clasp work?
We use a special plastic clasp commonly used for nursing necklaces that will break open when pulled. It's not a magnetic clasp.

How do I decide which necklace length to order?
The necklace lengths and corresponding approximate hanging lengths are listed here. The hanging length is consistent regardless of your pendant choice (i.e. if you choose the donut pendant, the end-to-end necklace length will be 1" shorter).
Still can't decide? First, choose the pendant that you like. Second, for necklace length we recommend:
* donut pendant with a shorter length necklace (20” and 24”)
* pie, rectangle, or no pendant for a longer length necklace (28”, 32”, and 36")Note that the shorter lengths will be harder for younger infants to reach while breastfeeding.

Do you offer a product warranty?
If your necklace breaks within a year of your purchase date, send us back the beads and components and we will restring it at no additional cost to you! We guarantee and stand behind the construction of our necklaces 100%!
All of our necklaces include a special breakaway safety clasp that will pop open when pulled to prevent breakage.

Can I wear my single strand necklace as a double strand?
Yes! The 32" and 36" single strand could be wrapped twice around your neck, but may look more like a chocker. We suggest using a string to measure to ensure the end-to-end length is exactly what you're looking for. Please note that if you decide to wrap a single strand necklace around your neck, there is a chance that the necklace could break because the safety breakaway clasp may not pop open when pulled.

I'm thinking of buying a nursing necklace for a new mom, but I'm not sure if she will be breastfeeding.
We have found that our necklaces are useful for both breastfeeding and bottle feeding moms. They're even great gifts for grandmas, aunts, caregivers, or anyone else that is around children! Moms have also told us that by simply wearing a Lennah Designs necklace has cheered them up!

Do you offer gift certificates?

When will my order arrive?

We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, we cannot be held responsible once your order has been shipped. We will help you try and locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information (tracking numbers, delivery confirmation information, customs details, etc.). Non-delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded. We encourage our customers to call their local Post Office and/or local Customs Office in the event of a non-delivery.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of extremely important to us! If you are in any way not happy with your necklace, send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll refund your payment. No questions asked! Though we always appreciate your feedback.
Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure the necklace is adequately packaged to ensure it is not damaged during transit. We must receive your returned goods within 14 business days of the shipping date of your order.
If we have made an error in your order please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation!

Should I expect extra customs, duty, or import charges?
Our FREE ground shipping and express shipping does not include customs fees to international destinations. Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items. You will be responsible for any and all customs duties, fees, or taxes on the package.

What does Lennah mean?
LEN-NAH is how you pronounce necklace in Taiwanese. Both my father and husband were born in Taiwan so I'm all about paying homage to my heritage!
